Per the Governor’s directive to distance socially during the COVID-19 pandemic, the meeting will only be accessible via electronic devices (certain cell phones, iPads and computers) connected to the internet with listening and microphone capabilities. This would ease cash flow shortfalls as the new fiscal year opens and would preserve the decision on the use of the additional authority at the discretion of the Board.
